Your photo and your words
- Upload only photos you took or may use, and only words you are happy to see printed.
- You keep all rights to your photo and your words. You allow us to use them only to draw, print and deliver your portrait.
- We may refuse an order whose words or picture are offensive or infringe someone else’s rights.
The preview and the print
The preview is drawn by the same tool as the print, but colors on a screen and on paper are never identical, and the frame shown is an illustration. The printed portrait carries no watermark.
Orders, prices and delivery
Prices are shown in the designer before you pay, with shipping as its own line. Each portrait is made to order and shipped by our printing partner; delivery times depend on the destination.
Returns and reprints
Because every portrait is personalized and made to order, it cannot be returned for a change of mind (in the EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods). If a portrait arrives damaged, misprinted or does not arrive, write to us within 30 days with a photo and we will reprint it or refund you.

The examples on this site were drawn by our tool from photos published under the Unsplash License; the pets in them are not our customers’ pets. The names, dates and words in them are ours.
