Questions
Is shipping included?
Yes. The price of every print includes shipping.
Which size should I choose?
Vertical prints are the usual choice for a portrait. Larger sizes fit more words and show more detail; the square 16 × 16 is the smallest print.
What is the difference between the print and the file?
The print is made, mounted and shipped to you. The file is the same portrait as a high-resolution JPG, without watermark, so you can print it yourself.
Why do I see my own currency?
We detect your country and show US dollars, euros, pounds, Canadian dollars or Australian dollars. You can switch the currency above the table.
Can I see the portrait before I pay?
Yes. The preview is free and shows your portrait drawn with your words, in the shape of the size you choose.
Can I order it now?
Ordering opens very soon. You can already make your portrait and see the free preview; the prices page lists every size.
